The Senior Advisor - Strategic Asset Management Planning will play a key role in supporting Asset Management improvement initiatives to lift the Asset Management maturity and capability across the Council.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development of Asset Management Plans, Infrastructure Strategy, Long Term and Annual Plans
  • Engaging with business units across Council and championing asset management excellence
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to establish visions and targets

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or extensive experience in Asset management planning
  • At least five years' experience in a similar environment
  • A sound understanding of formal guidelines such as NAMS, IPWEA International Infrastructure Management Manual (IIMM)
