The Opportunity
We have a vacancy for a Pae Whakatere | Service Manager based in our Waiariki Maori Land Court office. The primary focus is to coach and support employees to increase capability and build a culture of high performance.

Responsibilities
This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to improve operational quality and consistency across the team and wider Regional Service Delivery group.

Key Skills
To be successful, you'll need general knowledge of tikanga Maori and Te Reo Maori, as well as experience in managing and developing the capability of employees.
