About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all patients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and respond to their inquiries
  • Manage patient bookings and appointments
  • Process payments and handle banking duties
  • Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems

This is a permanent and part-time role working 28 hours per week with flexibility to work late on some Wednesdays and Thursdays if required.

Requirements
