The Clinical Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals, developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and safety standards. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to provide holistic care and support to our residents.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • NZ Registered Nurse with a current APC.
  • Strong leadership experience, ideally 5 years or more.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to mentor and develop clinical teams.
  • Experience in aged care or residential services preferred.
  • A proactive approach to improving clinical outcomes.
