As a Haemodialysis Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of nurses providing expert nursing care to Renal patients requiring Hospital Haemodialysis. You will be required to demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills for a complex patient group.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent clinical and leadership skills, as well as experience in Renal Haemodialysis nursing. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
