We are looking for a Senior Payroll Advisor to join our Wellington Head Office. As part of the Payroll and the wider People & Culture team, you will be responsible for supporting the Payroll Manager with managing the day-to-day payroll operations for both NZ and Australia, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' experience in payroll administration, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex payroll scenarios. You will also provide guidance and support to the payroll team and the wider organisation, ensuring excellent customer service and continual process review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Payroll Manager with managing the day-to-day payroll operations for both NZ and Australia
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Act as a subject matter expert on payroll-related issues
  • Provide guidance and support to the payroll team and the wider organisation

Requirements:
