About The Role

As an Advanced Analytics Specialist at Genesis, you will support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies across the business. You will play a pivotal role in enabling us to achieve our Gen35 goals through unlocking the potential of data science. This includes managing data science projects from ideation to productionization, mentoring the Data Science team, and collaborating with business unit leaders to enhance analytical capabilities.

You will have the chance to work on your own projects, provide thought leadership, and develop advanced analytics solutions using tools like LLMs and Gen-AI. Your expertise will help shape our data science practice capability and support the implementation of best practices.

About You

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled individual passionate about designing, developing, testing, and deploying impactful data solutions. If you have extensive experience in data science, exposure to advanced analytics, and knowledge of coding languages like Python or R, we would love to hear from you. Additionally, your ability to connect data insights to user needs and product opportunities will make you a great fit for this role.
