We operate 56 stores in various locations across the Northern Territory, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, and Western Australia, and we are committed to serving and uplifting remote communities.

About the Role:

We are seeking passionate management couples to join our dynamic team as Retail Managers. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will have the opportunity to work side by side with your partner, share your retail expertise, and collaborate closely with the community while exploring some of Australia's most isolated locations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including rostering, staff allocation, and inventory management.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  3. Mentor and train diverse teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  4. Cultivate strong relationships with local stakeholders, including community leaders and suppliers.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.

You Will Thrive In This Role If:

  • You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in supermarket retail or fast-moving consumer goods within a supermarket environment.
  • You possess excellent leadership skills, including the ability to mentor, train, and lead diverse teams.
  • You have strong operational knowledge, including competence in rostering, staff allocation, and budget management.
  • You are able to collaborate effectively across cultures and have a strong understanding of Aboriginal cultural protocols.
  • You have excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, and are able to provide outstanding service to customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • You are proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
