The Chapter Lead will provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring for HSW craft development, and building specific HSW leadership capability and skills across our subsidiaries and HSW team. The successful candidate will drive Spark's HSW strategy by implementing annual HSW roadmaps and leading out our HSW principles. They will oversee day-to-day partnering activities for operational support and facilitate the development and integration of HSW systems and protocols into Spark group business areas.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Craft Development: Develop the craft of HSW across our HSW Partners through development planning and building capability for partnering skills.
- Strategy Support: Drive Spark's HSW strategy by implementing annual HSW roadmaps and leading out our HSW principles.
- Technical Advice: Provide and source technical advice to coach HSW partners to deliver the right outcomes for our customers and our business.
- Community Building: Drive the connection with our HSW Ambassadors and Mahi Tahi Coaches and the wider community and industry.
