Job SummaryThe Team Lead – Neutron Avionics Hardware is responsible for leading the end-to-end development of Avionics products for the Neutron launch vehicle. This includes overseeing the review and release of schematics and PCB designs, as well as leading development and qualification test campaigns for avionics components.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement avionics product strategies to meet business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and qualify avionics products.
- Collaborate with systems engineers to capture requirements and ensure avionics products meet system-level needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable engineering field or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years relevant industry experience.
- High proficiency in at least two of the following electronics domains: analog; high-speed digital; power electronics.
