About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Electrical Power Systems Engineer to join our team working on the Neutron Avionics Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end development of Neutron's Electrical Power System, from requirements definition to launch operations support.

This role involves leading multi-disciplinary teams to identify electrical and programmatic requirements for new or updated avionics products, navigating ambiguity and complexity to quickly constrain problems, defining complete system requirements sets, and conducting analysis support such as simulation and modelling activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline and 1+ years of relevant industry experience in power systems design, electrical system design, hardware development, or electronics test engineering.
