The Role

We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Customer Service Associate to join our team at Super Liquor. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and making product recommendations.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including wines, spirits, and craft beers.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by working collaboratively with colleagues and adhering to company standards.

Requirements:

  • A current Duty Manager's Certificate or eligibility to apply for one (LCQ and 6 months' experience in the liquor industry).
  • Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft beer.
  • Availability to work Friday and Saturday nights, 11 hours per week.
  • Physical fitness and health to handle stock.
  • An outgoing and pleasant personality, with excellent communication skills.
  • Reliability, strong work ethic, and ability to work well under pressure.
