Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a Cost Management Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of building projects, including cost control, BOQ preparation, and cost reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets and forecasts
- Conduct regular cost reviews and provide recommendations for cost savings
- Develop and maintain accurate BOQs and cost reports
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in quantity surveying
- Strong knowledge of cost management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
