About the Role:

This fundraising specialist will manage and execute the organisation's individual giving programme through direct mail, regular giving, and digital marketing channels. The role involves creating and implementing the Individual Giving Strategy within established guidelines, assisting with supporter care, maintaining key stakeholder relationships, and effectively managing data and reporting—all while employing industry best practices to meet income targets.

Requirements:
  • A strong background in individual giving programmes
  • Good knowledge of fundraising principles and best practice
  • Demonstrated experience in building, retaining, and stewarding donors
  • Experience with DM/eDM approaches and tools, appeal design, regular giving programmes, development, management, and distribution
  • Commitment to and understanding of the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi

This role requires a strategic fundraiser with hands-on execution skills and a passion for donor relationships. You'll join a growing team dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of cancer patients and their families.
