Role Description

We are seeking a Programme & Partnerships Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our communities, stakeholders, and staff to develop and deliver programmes that improve community wellbeing.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver programs that improve community wellbeing
  • Build strong relationships across Council to ensure successful programme delivery
  • Forge and manage strategic partnerships with local community organisations, businesses, and stakeholders
  • Promote programmes to diverse audiences, working with our Communications team
  • Foster collaboration to ensure seamless stakeholder engagement
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, driving continuous improvements

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience in managing and coordinating community programmes or events
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of community development principles and best practices
  • Technology savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office suite
