**About Us**
At Presbyterian Support Northern, we believe that everyone deserves to live a fulfilling life. Our organisation is dedicated to providing critical health and social services to those in need, from Taupo to Whangarei.
We are renowned for our core services Enliven, Family Works, Lifeline and Shine, which are all designed to empower individuals to take control of their lives and achieve their goals.
As a Support Worker with us, you will be part of a team that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients who are elderly, disabled, or recovering from illness or injury, providing them with care and support that is tailored to their individual needs.
Our Support Workers visit clients in their homes, helping them with daily tasks such as showering, dressing, and medication management. You will also assist with wound care, meal preparation, and home maintenance, ensuring that our clients can live safely and independently in their own homes.
The specific needs of each client will vary, so it's essential that you are flexible and able to adapt to new situations. You will work closely with our Enliven team to develop care plans that meet the unique needs of each client, and you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support that meets our organisational standards.
We offer a range of Support Worker opportunities across Central Auckland, Manukau/Counties, and Waitemata, including surrounding areas. This means you will have the flexibility to choose a location that suits you best, while still being able to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
If you are a caring and empathetic person who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others, then we would love to hear from you.
