About the Role

We offer a range of positions from 0.6 FTE to 1.0 FTE working rostered days, including weekends and public holidays.

As a Community Health Wound Care Professional, you will be responsible for visiting clients at their home, workplace, or place of study, providing comprehensive wound care services.

You will have access to ongoing in-service education and support from a dedicated team of Clinical Nurse Leaders.
