Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled clinical leader to join our team at Tauranga Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to our clinical staff. You will work closely with our teams to deliver high-quality patient care and improve health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage clinical teams to achieve outstanding patient care and health outcomesDevelop and implement evidence-based practices and policies to improve patient careCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient careContribute to the development of policies and procedures that align with our organizational goals and objectivesRequirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A registered allied health professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years experience in a clinical leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of Te Ao Maori, Tikanga, and Te Reo Maori principles and practices
