Salary Range

$120,000 - $140,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Job Description

As a Senior Property Manager with Toitu Te Whenua, you will be responsible for managing a diverse nationwide property portfolio. You will work collaboratively with a team of experienced property professionals to shape the future of Crown property management.

About the Role

  • Manage a large and diverse property portfolio
  • Provide strategic property development advice
  • Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and service providers
  • Relate to and communicate with people from all backgrounds and walks of life
  • Demonstrate strong field experience and confidence on-site

About You and Your Skills

  • 10+ years relevant experience in property management
  • Valid New Zealand driver's license
  • Advanced level of confidence undertaking complex site inspections
  • Strong understanding of commercial and residential property management principles
  • Experience in facilities management and project scoping
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work collaboratively and make decisions under pressure
