Company Overview:

Our client is a rapidly growing services company undertaking strategic expansion and acquisition efforts. They are modernizing their finance function, implementing new systems, and establishing a Finance Business Partnering/FP&A function.

About the Role:

This key role sets up and enhances reporting and data systems, paving the way for future BI initiatives. You will work closely with the Head of Finance to build, automate, and optimize reporting processes, offering potential for a long-term role with future projects in dynamic pricing and other strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve reporting systems and data setups
  • Automate financial reporting processes for accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with finance and wider operations teams to align reporting with business needs
  • Assist in future BI projects, laying the groundwork for advanced analytics

About You:

Ideally, you will be fully qualified (CA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or working towards a qualification. Expertise in financial reporting and data automation, excellent Excel skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively with finance and non-finance teams are essential.
