The Role

We are seeking a driven individual to manage an existing portfolio with opportunities for growth. The successful applicant will work closely with our Business Development Manager to ensure growth and development of their portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing an existing portfolio with opportunities for growth
  • Liaising with the Business Development Manager to ensure growth and development of the portfolio
  • Conducting viewings and inspections of tenant properties
  • Organizing maintenance as required
  • Providing high-level service and regular communication with clients
  • Ensuring team KPIs are met and exceeded
  • Ability to manage properties in New Plymouth and South Taranaki

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in NZ Property Management
  • Ability to build excellent relationships with landlords, tenants, and team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills working with Microsoft Products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of the RTA and understanding of new legislation
