This role is extremely important to the business as they are experiencing growth. We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven office all-rounder to assist with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Coordination: Manage and schedule tasks for the team, maintain agendas, client relationships, and administration support.
  • Office Management: Organize team building events, maintain policies and procedures, and coordinate with other departments to facilitate cross-functional initiatives.
  • Leadership Team Coordination: Work closely with the management team to identify process improvements, take notes during stakeholder meetings, create agendas and task lists.
  • Sales and Account Administration: Coordinate client projects, track milestones, manage project timelines, and act as a liaison between procurement, sales, and project teams.
Requirements
  • Strong office and administration management skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet, be driven, and take ownership of this role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documents.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software.
