About the team you'll joinThe Grow domain sits within Xero's Customer Platforms group and manages the Sales & Marketing Technology for Xero. Within Grow, our focus lies on Customer Acquisition and Engagement. We work closely with stakeholders to enable new capabilities, helping Xero scale and enhance its external customers' and internal users' experiences.
We utilize systems like Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM), Marketing Cloud, Qualtrics, CRM Analytics, and other tools to better enable Xero to achieve its strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities:- Enhance and support the use of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the core Salesforce platform, ensuring sustainable and excellent engineering practices.
- Collaborate closely with various teams across the Salesforce platform to design and deliver initiatives aimed at improving customer engagement.
- Develop software applications within our Salesforce Core product suite, including new and existing applications, to create better experiences for both internal and external customers.
- Establish and maintain trust and credibility with a wide range of internal stakeholders and support teams.
- Develop custom solutions and interfaces on top of the Salesforce platform.
- Previous experience developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
- Proven ability to develop and optimize integrated business processes across disparate systems.
- Understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AppExchange solutions.
- Proficient in Apex, Flows, SOQL, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Platform Events, and API integrations.
- Proficient with Salesforce Experience Cloud LWC's, Front-End tooling, and JavaScript Frameworks.
- Experience with Salesforce development tools, source control, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) processes and environments.
- Configuration experience using the Salesforce point-and-click application administration interface.
- Ability to perform automated testing and write unit tests.
