  • Monitor performance, provide insights and drive improvement in programme execution and outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing innovation and new approaches to programme management.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in successfully managing delivering large-scale projects and programmes within complex environments with proficiency in applying various project and programme management methodologies.
  • Professional project and/or programme management certificate (e.g. MSP, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Proven experience in leading and developing programme management teams.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Proficient in building strong relationships, effectively communicating and collaborating with senior managers, partners and both internal and external stakeholders.
