Job Description

This role is focused on supporting the Deputy Associate Dean Pacific Advancement in delivering high-quality outcomes for Pacific Advancement initiatives in the Faculty of Health and Environmental Sciences.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing expert advice and guidance on Pacific Advancement projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve Pacific Advancement objectives.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  1. Minimum of three years' experience in project coordination or a related field.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in project management principles, practices, and tools.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  4. A high level of organization, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
