Our team operates with a globally distributed setup, bringing together specialized knowledge essential for effective program delivery. The Program Manager role within the Terrestrial Software department is critical in facilitating collaboration among Rocket Lab's three core divisions while working closely with the five distinctive Software teams. This position ensures a cohesive approach to managing projects and aligning each team's objectives with the overall mission of Rocket Lab.

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in steering complex initiatives, coordinating cross-functional work streams, and securing on-time deliverables from the Terrestrial Software department. This strategic yet hands-on role demands a proven project management professional capable of synchronizing technical delivery with operational goals to propel Rocket Lab's success. The successful applicant will also support the development, testing, and qualification of hardware components for space exploration and drive business process optimization through automation and bespoke applications.
