This challenging position involves working closely with the Medical Education Team to ensure the delivery of high-quality education and training programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in co-ordinating delivery of learning and development programmes within a public sector organisation, preferably NHS.

The key responsibilities of this role include coordinating and implementing high-quality administration processes across the Trust, supporting the work of the Guardian of Safe Working, and managing the administration processes linked to the monthly KPIs programme for compliant rotas.
