We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with 2–4 years of market experience, ideally in education, security or healthcare, to drive B2B and B2C sales. You'll be key in expanding our client base, growing existing accounts and building high-impact business relationships within the work-based learning sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop growth strategies, identify new markets, and spot opportunities to expand our reach.
- Generate fresh sales leads by prospecting for new clients and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
- Form strategic alliances and partnerships with key industry partners in Healthcare and Security.
- Oversee existing accounts to ensure exceptional service and identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years BDM and Account Management experience in New Zealand.
- A track record of success in driving revenue and managing key accounts within a B2B space.
- Experience working in Sales within the Education, Healthcare or Security space.
- A valid NZ Full Licence and ability to travel across NZ as required.
- Strong negotiation Skills.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in using CRM.
