As a key member of the McG Talent team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communications plans to enhance the reputation of our government clients.

This will involve building strong relationships with media representatives, drafting and disseminating press releases, and coordinating press briefings and other related events.

You will also be responsible for managing internal communications, ensuring that employees are informed about agency news, updates, and directives.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in senior communications roles, preferably within a governmental or public sector context.
  • Strong understanding of governmental operations, political sensitivities, and public policy issues.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
