We are seeking a Government Support Officer to join our Verification Services directorate in Wellington City.
As a Government Support Officer, you will provide administrative and logistical support to our teams, facilitating the smooth running of various support functions including organizing meetings, arranging travel, raising purchase orders, and document preparation and circulation.
Your key role will be providing administrative assistance to ensure the effective operation of our business. You will be the first point of contact for our frontline teams in booking travel nationally and assist in preparing and circulating documents as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in an administrative and/or support role, be confident working across a number of systems and processes, and have excellent word and excel skills with a high level of attention to detail.
You will also be responsible for meeting preparation and minute taking, data entry, relationship building skills, commitment to service delivery, strong time management, prioritization, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
