Job Key Performance Indicators:

The successful candidate will participate in the morning Safety Meeting, assist in the safety setup & monitor the safety of the team members, assist in the tear-off of old roofing, install flashing on various roof transitions, and install asphalt shingles & metal roofing.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  1. Advanced knowledge of roofing processes (extensive experience with asphalt, metal, and composite)
  2. Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
  3. Leadership qualities
  4. Problem-solving skills
  5. Effective communication and teamwork skills
  6. Physical fitness and a willingness to learn

A minimum of 1 year's roofing experience and/or construction-related experience is highly desirable.
