This part-time position involves providing rehabilitation services for children aged 0 – 6 years with functional impairments. The Physiotherapist will work independently and collaboratively within a team to assess children's current condition and select specific treatment programs. The Physiotherapist will also provide direction and support for the child, parents, teachers, and other caregivers. Key responsibilities include:1. Assessing children's current condition and selecting specific treatment programs2. Providing direction and support for the child, parents, teachers, and other caregivers
3. Working collaboratively within a team to achieve goals and objectives
4. Maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:• A graduate degree from a recognized school of Physiotherapy• Two (2) years recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience• Registration as a member of the College of Physiotherapy of British Columbia• Excellent computer, organization, time, and management skills• Ability to work well with others• Valid criminal record check and valid BC driver's license• Basic CPR and first aid trainingWhy Work with Us?
