Job Description
As our next Principal / Tumuaki, you will be responsible for fostering a positive school culture that promotes student achievement and wellbeing, including staff wellbeing. You will have a proven track record of building trust-based, reciprocal relationships with the community, and be able to honour the history, values, virtues, and surrounding environment of our school.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership to ensure the effective implementation of the school's vision and goals
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, teachers, and the wider community
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote student achievement and wellbeing
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive school culture that values diversity and promotes social cohesion
