About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to oversee our Mental Health services. Reporting to the Group Director of Operations, this role leads a team of multidisciplinary leaders and service managers across our region. The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of leadership and intellectual bandwidth.

You will be a credible and experienced senior leader who knows what great looks like. You will bring an absolute commitment to lifting capability and performance in key areas for the improved outcomes of patients and whanau in our Mental Health Services. To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate high levels of strategic and operational leadership, resilience, vision, and accountability.
