As a Research Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the operational facilitation of a Centre of Research Excellence, including coordination and executive support to the Directors, Research Operations Manager, and researchers.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and facilitate meetings and events, including planning, organization, and execution
* Provide administrative support to the Directors, Research Operations Manager, and researchers, including preparing reports, documents, and presentations
* Act as a conduit between the research centre and other people/organizations within the University and externally, ensuring centre processes and activities are managed efficiently and consistently
* Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
