Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, people-oriented Workplace Community Coordinator to be the next face of Fidelity Life. This critical role involves managing the front desk, coordinating meetings and events, and helping maintain a positive and vibrant office culture.

You will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing support for events and meetings. You will also act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will oversee security access to the office and ensure adherence to relevant standards. You will also act as the first port of call for any health, safety, and wellbeing concerns, escalating issues to the People team as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service experience, ideally in a front-line or customer-facing role.
  • Previous experience in event coordination or office management is a plus, but not essential.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and wellbeing practices is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with a personable and professional approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while staying organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Word.
  • A natural talent for creating a welcoming and positive office culture.
