**About the Role:**
We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual to be an active member of our team at the Arena Aquatic Centre. As a Lifeguard, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the community by ensuring the health and safety of our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervising the pools to ensure the competent and professional management of the aquatic facilities.
- Ensuring health and safety standards and procedures are followed.
- Completing regular water quality checks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Maintaining outstanding presentation of our facilities.
- Contributing to ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
- Relevant experience working in an aquatic environment (not essential, but desirable).
- Ability to swim competently and maintain a required level of swimming fitness.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with people of diverse backgrounds and ages.
- Ability to be calm in pressured situations and respond quickly following standard procedures.
