**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervising the pools to ensure the competent and professional management of the aquatic facilities.
  • Ensuring health and safety standards and procedures are followed.
  • Completing regular water quality checks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Maintaining outstanding presentation of our facilities.
  • Contributing to ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant experience working in an aquatic environment (not essential, but desirable).
  • Ability to swim competently and maintain a required level of swimming fitness.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with people of diverse backgrounds and ages.
  • Ability to be calm in pressured situations and respond quickly following standard procedures.
