**Job Description**

This is a busy and diverse role, requiring a high level of resilience, kindness, and patience. You will work closely with our residents, their families, and our interdisciplinary team to provide personalized care and support.

**Key Responsibilities**

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with their daily activities, such as showering, dressing, and toileting
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to residents
  • Developing and implementing care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs and preferences
  • Working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in aged care or a relevant qualification
  • Genuine compassion for all individuals
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Available to work on a rostered and rotating shift pattern (including mornings, afternoons, and weekends)

**Benefits and Remuneration**

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including:

  • An hourly rate of $25.39-$29.95 based on your experience and qualifications
  • Weekend rates of an additional 40% of the hourly rate
  • Time and one-half pay for all work or shifts over 8 hours in a day
  • Health cover (if applicable), social sporting teams, meal allowances, clothing allocation, and discounts at a range of suppliers
