Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality planning for components and products, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and promote continuous improvement and risk management programs, fostering a world-class quality and safety culture.
  • Manage and report quality performance indices, including process capabilities and cost of quality.
  • Investigate customer complaints and concerns, implementing solutions with internal functions and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, or quality-related discipline.
  • Minimum three years of leadership experience in field, production, or relevant area.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems standards and methodologies; Six Sigma background/skillset preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
