  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to improve quality and reduce costs.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality management system and processes.
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety programs in the USA, Mexico, and China.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, or quality-related discipline.
  • Minimum three years of leadership experience in field, production, or relevant area.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems standards and methodologies; Six Sigma background/skillset preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
