About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality & EHSS Manager to join our team at Amphenol Interconnect Products Corp (AIPC). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving quality and safety management initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality planning for components and products, ensuring compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and TS 16949.
  • Lead and promote continuous improvement and risk management programs, including FMEA, CAPA, RCCA, 8D, and Fish-Bone methodologies.
  • Collaborate with operations managers to adopt lean manufacturing principles and provide technical support for process control techniques and quality methodologies.
  • Manage and report quality performance indices, including process capabilities, cost of quality, and outgoing quality levels.
  • Investigate customer complaints and concerns, implementing solutions with internal functions, suppliers, and other company sites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, safety, or quality-related discipline from an accredited college/university.
  • Minimum three years of leadership experience in field, production, or other relevant area of experience in connector/electronics manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems standards and methodologies; Six Sigma background/skillset is a positive.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, build relationships across levels and functions, and influence at all levels of an organization.
  • Global leader that champions change, enlists the support of others, and handles conflict in a constructive way.
