**The Ideal Candidate**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catchment Action Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and monitoring catchment action plans, with a focus on leading the development and ongoing maintenance of spatial systems.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Collating and analysing GIS data to inform the development of catchment action plans, including baseline catchment data, spatial representation of values, and prioritisation criteria.
  • Designing and implementing a monitoring, evaluation, and reporting framework for CAPs, including contributing to the development of a spatial database.
  • Coordinating and providing input to an online portal for public access to CAP information, progress, and outcomes.
  • Ongoing monitoring and reporting of CAP progress.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in environmental management, resource planning, catchment studies, geography, or GIS. You will also have at least 5 years' experience in a related field, with expertise in developing large-scale environmental plans.
