We source high-quality kiwifruit from over 4,300 growers in New Zealand and around the world, supplying it to wholesale and retail customers across 50 countries.
The Senior Finance Business Analyst role is a global position that reports directly to the Finance Projects and Systems Manager. As part of our agile team, you will support our finance teams in delivering strategic projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS: Work with our global finance team and cross-functionally with Digital to identify opportunities for operational excellence and strategic growth.
- DIGITAL ANALYTICS CAPABILITY: Deliver analytics capability across projects, systems, processes, and reporting.
- DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING: Download, organise, model, and report on complex data, performing root cause analysis to drive business decisions.
- PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Simplify, improve, or create standard processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- ADVISORY ROLE: Provide advice and guidance to the Finance Projects & Systems Manager on project complexity and impact, driving prioritisation activities.
- RISK MANAGEMENT: Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Full ICANZ or similar qualification.
- 5 years' experience in a global finance function for a large corporate organisation.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, data management, and financial systems integration.
- Project Management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas/systems to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with SAP S4 Hana, GRC.
