Zespri International is a leading marketer of kiwifruit, selling it in over 50 countries worldwide. We work closely with around 4,300 growers and post-harvest companies to source the best-quality kiwifruit, which we supply through our distribution partners to wholesale and retail customers.

The Role: Corporate Development Programme Manager
We are seeking an experienced programme manager to partner with various business units to develop and execute strategic initiatives, financial models, and key projects that drive our business forward. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of our company's growth, working closely with departments to develop business cases, lead key projects, and provide analytical support.

- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and evaluate strategic business cases
- Mentor Project Business Leads to determine strategic fit, alternatives, scope, resources, timeline, and cross-functional implications of the business case
- Lead and participate in key projects, including sustainability initiatives, capital restructuring, new product commercialisation, and more
- Provide analytical support and develop financial models to inform decision-making
- Create and maintain low to mid-level complexity models
- Work with the Business Project Lead to facilitate workshops and ensure effective project prioritisation and resource allocation
- Develop strong relationships across the industry and act as a trusted business partner
- Carry out project assessment, decision making, workload allocation, and manage relationships with both the Executive and Board in the absence of the Head of Corporate Development.
