Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Maori Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Henry Rongomau Bennett Centre. As a key member of our mental health unit, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in creating radical change for Maori.

About the Position

This role is essential in developing partnerships with Maori across all levels, including taangata whaiora and whaanau, Maaori staff, and the Kaitakawaenga team. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement culturally sensitive care plans for Maori patients.

Key Requirements

  • Experience working with Maori communities and populations.
  • Strong understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its application in healthcare.
