Job Overview

In this role, you'll lead and inspire your team coaches to build highly engaged teams that deliver exceptional services to our community. You'll be part of a national group of managers who form the Pathways and Real leadership team, and your support network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of coaches to deliver high-quality services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service provision
  • Mentor and support team members to achieve their full potential

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A clinical background with experience working in mental health or addictions
  • Knowledge of the wider health and social sectors
  • Leadership experience and great networking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering person and whanau-centered care
