Job Overview
In this role, you'll lead and inspire your team coaches to build highly engaged teams that deliver exceptional services to our community. You'll be part of a national group of managers who form the Pathways and Real leadership team, and your support network.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of coaches to deliver high-quality services
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service provision
- Mentor and support team members to achieve their full potential
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A clinical background with experience working in mental health or addictions
- Knowledge of the wider health and social sectors
- Leadership experience and great networking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering person and whanau-centered care
