The Head of Ambulance Performance and Planning will be responsible for overseeing performance management and planning to support effective service delivery across Ambulance Operations. This role requires a senior leader with at least five years of experience in a health-related organisation, preferably in the ambulance sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business intelligence systems and their application in optimising resource planning and long-term needs analysis. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and remediate operational performance issues.
