Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Air Freight Industry Experience

Prior experience in air freight is essential for success in this role.

Proven Customer Service Skills

Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in providing outstanding customer service are required.

Proficient in MS Office Suite

Familiarity with MS Office Suite is necessary for daily tasks.

Dangerous Goods Certification

Dangerous Goods Certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
