About The Opportunity

The Principal Service Consultant at Dayforce guides the overall design and delivery of the Dayforce HCM solution to meet customer requirements. This role provides oversight and direction to project team members in the execution of project activities in all stages of the implementation lifecycle, from planning to post go-live support.

This consultant works closely with the Project Manager to plan the project and identify critical dependencies. Key responsibilities include facilitating customer requirements gathering, designing the Dayforce solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting and managing customer expectations, providing guidance and design/configuration oversight to other project resources, identifying risks, and communicating issues to the Project Manager.
