Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onboarding sessions with new customers to provide detailed guidance through the implementation process.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Configure technical design documentation and complete the required setup based on customer-specific requirements.
  • Assist clients in mapping data to migrate from legacy systems to HSI Donesafe solutions.
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork within the Implementation team and with internal stakeholders to help exceed project and company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HSEI Management, Business Analysis, or related fields.
  • Proven leadership skills working with high-performance teams.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication and negotiation skills.
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
